Event Planning
Our event planning services start with taking the time to understand what you really want. We will connect you with the right vendors, and together we will plan an event to remember.
Event Consultation
If you have questions about an event that you are planning, we can help with that as well. We offer consultations on venue contracts, scheduling, and permitting.
Event Management
Planning an event is only part of the process. Our staff will make sure that everything goes smoothly with your event. We know how to anticipate problems before they happen, leaving you free to enjoy your festivities.

Price Breakdown
Event Consultation
Let us help you find your event vision and talk through how you want it to play out. Once we get that nailed down then comes your date of event. You will sign our contract and we will get ready to start the planning process.
Event Planning
We spend many hours a month talking with you and making your event meet your vision. We can do as much as you need.
Event Security Deposit
Depending on the size of your event, there will be a non refundable security deposit paid to Cottonwood. The amount will be discussed upon consultation and will be paid at the time of signing your contract.
Event Rentals
Cottonwood has a variety of rentals for your events that will be given to you during the consultation. We want to have many diverse options for you. The security deposit is refundable as long as there are no damages to our rentals. Cottonwood will keep an inventory list of rental items and upon return with no issues, your money will be refunded for your rental items.
Day of Coordination
Day of Event coordination helps you be free of worry about anything. We will tailor your event during the planning process and have a day of fee per your event.
Event Decoration
We would love to set up and decorate for your event. We would bring our team with us to make everything perfect and easy as possible for you. This price will depend on the size of the event which will be hashed out during the signing of your contract.
Event Tear down
Cottonwood would love to make your event less stressful be tearing down your event. One less thing to think about. Our team will completely tear your event down. Prices are based on your size of event.
Over Time
If your event runs over and our team will be there longer than originally planned you will be charged $100 per hour of overtime.
